Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and possess a strong understanding of painting techniques and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Paint apartments in-between move-outs and move-ins
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment, rollers and brushes
Skills:
- Experience with Airless paint spraying techniques
- Experience in interior painting apartments and or homes

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
